Who can I contact to inquire about an online order?

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been processed and shipping arrangements are made you will receive an email with confirmation. It might take us up to 4 days to prepare and arrange your shipment (depending on a day of your order).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our products are shipped from warehouse in Toronto, Ontario and are usually delivered within 5-9 days across Canada. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Not sure if an item will arrive in time for a special holiday or birthday celebration? Please contact us and we will advise you about recent delivery times for the same or similar products.

What if I am looking to return an item?
Once your order has been received you may return it to us for a refund. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or credits. For return instructions, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page. You have 14 days to return unused items in original condition and original packaging. Store credit or exchange only for items returned within 30 days. Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you order arrives and the packaging is clearly damaged please sing the delivery slip “Damaged” and contact our Customer Service Department at CustomerService@GreatToysDistribution.com. If damages are not noticed until package is opened please email us. Please note that in most cases images of damages are required. Depending on the product and amount of damage or defect, a replacement part or a brand-new item will be sent to you as soon as possible.
What if the price drops after I buy it?
We offer full 14 day Price Protection for any purchase made through our website. If you see that the price has gone down within 14 days of your purchase, contact us and we will credit you the difference.
My purchase is a gift. Can you leave out the invoice/waybill etc?
We do not include any paper invoicing in our packaging. We do everything via email. Please contact our Customer Service Team and let them know that you would like to include a personalized card with your order, please make sure that you get in touch with us before the order ships.
Can I still buy from you if I do not live in Canada?
No, unfortunately we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
