Shipping & Delivery

We have partnered with Canada Post, Purolator and other carriers to provide fast and reliable shipping services to Canadian destinations.  We usually ship out in the next 1-3 business days after receiving an order.  The processing time for an order will depend on the workload at the warehouse and can take up to 4 business days.  You will receive an email when your order is picked up from our warehouse.

If there are any shipping issues or any delay (or items that require shipping charges to be calculated after the order has been placed) a customer service representative will contact you via phone or email to discuss price changes or shipping options.

We offer FREE SHIPPING option for all orders or Ontario and when you spend $79.99 (pre-tax) or more to ship to elsewhere in Canada.

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be sent via regular service.

“Free Shipping” offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a discount.

Some rural areas and northern parts of the country are excluded from our Free Shipping policy. Please refer to cart shipping options.

All claims for damages / defects must be submitted in writing to CustomerService@GreatToysDistibution.com  within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If damages are not noticed until package is opened please let us know about it via email. Please note that in most cases images of damages are required. Depending on the product and amount of damage or defect, a replacement part or a brand-new item will be sent to you as soon as possible.

 *Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer’s expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.

In the case that Canada Post cannot deliver a shipment due to an error in the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of order, it will be returned to us automatically on the expense of the customer.  The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for both the initial shipment and the return shipment.  We can ship the order again if the customer can provide the correct shipping address.  If the customer wants to cancel the order, we will treat it as a returned order according to our returns policy.
