Returns
Great Toys Distribution Inc will accept returns made within 30 days from the date of order. You have 14 days to return item for a refund in the original method of payment and 30 days for store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must be in the original UNOPEN packaging with all labels attached.
  3. Product is not a clearance item

In order to process the return, please send an email at CustomerService@GreatToysDistribution.com.  Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable, and all returns are done at the customer’s expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Any items that are sent that do not meet the requirements of a return will still be seen as a sold item and a customer service representative will be in contact.

Shipping
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CustomerService@GreatToysDistribution.com.

Damaged Item
If you order arrives and the packaging is clearly damaged please sing the delivery slip “Damaged” and contact our Customer Service Department at CustomerService@GreatToysDistribution.com within 48 hours after receiving the goods. If damages are not noticed until package is opened please let us know about it via email. Please note that in most cases images of damages are required. Depending on the product and amount of damage or defect, a replacement part or a brand-new item will be sent to you as soon as possible.
